Vunori’s journey began in 2020 in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh, a place where history and modernity intertwine. Our founder, Lan Le, grew up surrounded by the artistry of her family’s traditional embroidery, where every stitch told a story of Vietnam’s past. Mesmerized by the intricate patterns of ao dai sashes and the elegance of handcrafted hairpieces, Lan founded Vunori at 37 Hoang Xuan Han to preserve these traditions through contemporary apparel accessories.

Our collections are a bridge between past and present, featuring ornate hair combs, embroidered waistbands, and woven shawls. Each piece is inspired by Vietnam’s rich cultural tapestry from the lotus motifs of ancient pagodas to the vibrant threads of Quang Binh’s weaving villages. We collaborate with master embroiderers and weavers, using sustainable materials like bamboo fiber and hand-dyed silk, to create accessories that honor heritage while fitting seamlessly into modern wardrobes.

Vunori is driven by a passion for cultural preservation. We invest in training young artisans, ensuring that traditional techniques are passed down to future generations. Our warehouse in Carol Stream, Illinois, allows us to share these heirloom-quality pieces with a global audience, inviting fashion lovers to carry a piece of Vietnam’s soul. Every Vunori accessory is a testament to the beauty of craftsmanship and the stories it holds.

We invite you to explore our collections and embrace accessories that are as meaningful as they are beautiful. With Vunori, you’re not just wearing fashion, you’re wearing history.
